Companies that understand how to apply AI will scale and win their respective markets over the next decade. However, delivering on this promise and managing machine learning projects is much harder than most people anticipate. Many organizations hire teams of PhDs and data scientists, then fail to ship products that move business metrics. The root cause is often the discovery of industry-specific challenges that impact the delivery and adoption of the product.

Swapna Malekar from RBC will share some specific challenges related to the Financial Services industry Product Leaders face when managing AI-based products.
