Ben McPhee is a Product Management leader with nearly 18 years of experience in the field. After graduating from Queen's Commerce, Ben immediately jumped into a PM role in the telecom space. Since then he has worked in a number of different industries, passionately shipping product of all shapes and sizes; from complex enterprise platforms and B2C marketplaces to mobile applications and simplified sales widgets. In his capacity as a Product Leader for small to medium-sized companies, Ben remains focused on driving top-line growth by sculpting innovative, actionable vision, architecting operational excellence, and delivering high-impact Product solutions within high-velocity environments. Ben is currently the VP of Product for Thriver, a platform aimed to provide access to all the services and support a company needs to achieve a thriving culture.
Jane is the VP of Product at Points. Since graduating from UofT in Computer Engineering, Jane has been in the tech space for 18 years and started her career on the development side of the fence before transitioning to Product. Jane enjoys being able to learn about how each industry keeps evolving and behaviours change to drive innovation and growth. Jane is passionate about equality and inclusion, and is continuously looking for ways to weave that into her every day decisions.
Currently serving as the VP of Product at Coconut Software, Mihnea has spent the past 20 years imagining, building, breaking and marketing software products of all shapes and sizes. Whether at work or at home, he splits his time equally between making and creating a culture of entrepreneurship. His work is heavily influenced by the belief that technology for technology’s sake is a waste of human potential, and actively works to reduce the inequalities within the world of tech.
