May is the organizer of ProductTO and evangelizes product context and operational leadership through the Product Conversations webcast and occasionally their blog Context Soup. May is also a board member with the Ontario Digital Literacy and Access Network.

With that experience, she’s become adept at translating the theory of product management into practice quickly, instilling best practices that remain long after she’s left. She shares those skills in her newsletter for product management leaders, No Fear Product Leadership. She is also passionate about levelling up the craft of product builders across Canada and has been contributing to community-led initiatives for the last seven years, including Toronto Product Management Association (board of directors), APM Canada (mentor & instructor), and Women in Product (co-founded Toronto chapter).
