About the Event

Turn your product vision into a defensible, well-structured strategy.

Join TPMA for a full-day, hands-on workshop designed for product managers who want to strengthen their strategic thinking, confidently align stakeholders, and build strategy documents that actually drive decisions.

Facilitated by Rosemary King, this interactive workshop walks you through a complete product strategy template step-by-step. Together, we’ll examine what each section is for, how to gather the inputs that shape it, and how to build alignment around your decisions. Through guided, hands-on exercises, you’ll pressure-test your reasoning so you leave confident that every part of your strategy is grounded, defensible, and ready to share.

After you will have a complete draft of your own strategy document, plus the tools and frameworks to refine it long after the workshop ends.

What Others Have Said

This is the second iteration of this workshop—and this time, we’ve made it longer to give you more space to dig in and apply the concepts. Past participants called it “very engaging and to the point,” praised the “real examples,” and highlighted the “thought-provoking content” and “valuable breakouts that apply directly to real work.” If you’ve ever struggled to turn your ideas into a clear strategy your team can act on, this workshop will give you the structure, language, and confidence to do exactly
