In this session with Christine, she'll cover the importance of Product Ops as a part of the next iteration in Modern Product Management. We'll discuss common pains Product Managers have historically felt and how the rise of Product Operations has led to helping to solve some of these shared pains, no matter what industry you're in as a PM. We'll also learn what it takes to be successful in Product Operations, for those of you interested or starting the journey.
