I have expertise in leading end-to-end development of mobile & digital products with a focus on building cross-functional teams, boosting morale and advocating for collaboration between Engineers, UX and PMs. Never one to sit still, I’m happiest when tackling complex challenges (organizational or product!), fostering team work and collaborating on creative solutions.

I am passionate about creating spaces and teams that people enjoy working in, whether it's through day to day collaboration or larger ongoing initiatives (like leading the Women's Leadership Initiative, introducing Lighting Talks, etc)
